Open Text Release New Sematic Search Based On Nstein Technology

Open Text have announced the release of a new semantic search feature based on Nstein technologies, the fellow Canadian Digital Asset Management company that Open Text acquired in February 2010. 

“According to Open Text, the Open Text Content Analytics engine, as they are calling it, “intelligently extracts meaning, sentiment and context from content, and in turn marries that content to what a customer or prospect is looking for on a website.” It’s no secret that as the volume of content increases, search plays a more central role in helping visitors find the most relevant information.
