Justifying ROI In DAM And Other Marketing Technologies

One our featured Digital Asset Management Vendors, MailPrint have written a white paper entitled, “Cost Justifying the Investment in New Marketing Systems” (registration required).  MailPrint’s blog gives a summary of the key points; the stand out one for me was the final paragraph which reminds readers to consider the human resource planning to stand a chance of surviving a critical evaluation by senior management:
